Join us for a cooking class that will focus on planning, preparing and properly portioning dinners for a week’s menu. Financial and nutrition analysis of the week’s menus will be provided. The classes will be interactive and hands on. Participants will actively participate in planning, meal preparation and the most fun part – tasting!
Terms and Conditions:
Participants must be 18 years or older to register. All participants must sign a waiver or release when operating in the kitchen. Only the registered participant is allowed to attend the class. Payment must be made in full at time of registration, or the participant will not be allowed to attend the class. If a cancellation is made greater than 24 hours prior to the class, participant will be able to reschedule for another class. The maximum number of participants per class is 8 and the minimum number to conduct a class will be 5 participants. If a minimum of 5 participants are not registered, the participants registered will be given a choice to reschedule to another available class or be given a full refund, otherwise no refund will be given.
